into <strong>the</strong> practice of aquaculture in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Philippines</strong>. The photos showing<br />

aquaculture production technologies (cage construction, seaweeds, and<br />

mangrove reforestation) were provided by <strong>the</strong> Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic<br />

Resources – Fisheries Policy and Economics Divisions through Mr. Sammy<br />

Malvas, OIC-Chief, and Arnel Valenzuela; <strong>the</strong> main photo of fish cages in Taal<br />

Lake was provided by Mr. Patrick White of Philminaq; while <strong>the</strong> fish kill photos<br />
