Oral Presentation Sessions
Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including a three to five minute question and answer period.
The session is moderated by a UCR faculty member or graduate student. Student participants and guests are asked
to adhere to general guidelines of conference etiquette and not enter or leave the room during a presentation.
PowerPoint set-up is from 7:30am-8:00am for all sessions. If you cannot load your presentation at that time, you
will have a couple of minutes between sessions.
