Oral Presentation Sessions<br />
Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including a three to five minute question <strong>and</strong> answer period.<br />
The session is moderated by a UCR faculty member or graduate student. Student participants <strong>and</strong> guests are asked<br />
to adhere to general guidelines of conference etiquette <strong>and</strong> not enter or leave the room during a presentation.<br />
PowerPoint set-up is from 7:30am-8:00am for all sessions. If you cannot load your presentation at that time, you<br />
will have a couple of minutes between sessions.<br />
