ICT
I fully implement ICT throughout my teaching programme and your child
will have full access to ICT equipment. Lessons are given on computer use,
internet awareness, using cameras – both point and shoot and SLR.
They will also have lessons on web design and blogging and will be
responsible for working on their own web pages. You can view these on the
class site http://www.roomtenlyallbay.com
As per school policy your child will also work on their E-portfolios
throughout the year. You can view and share these with your child at
Parent-Teacher interviews or at any time you want to pop in and have a
look.
Student webpages will be viewable from Week 3.
Thinking Skills
Some of the ‘thinking skills’ we be using in class are DeBono’s 6
Thinking Hats, Blooms Taxonomy, Thinkers Keys….I attached some
information for you.
