beads, <strong>and</strong> cut <strong>the</strong> thread. Hide any<br />
remaining threads <strong>and</strong> knots when you<br />
assemble <strong>the</strong> tassel.<br />
Rethread <strong>the</strong> needle <strong>and</strong> take it<br />
through each of <strong>the</strong> main color beads at<br />
<strong>the</strong> top of <strong>the</strong> netting like a drawstring<br />
(figure 3), but don’t pull <strong>the</strong> netting<br />
closed yet. Slip <strong>the</strong> tassel cord through<br />
<strong>the</strong> netting <strong>and</strong> pull <strong>the</strong> skirt up until <strong>the</strong><br />
top of <strong>the</strong> netting sits just at <strong>the</strong> neck.<br />
Pull <strong>the</strong> drawstring to tighten <strong>the</strong> netting<br />
<strong>and</strong> secure it with a few stitches in <strong>the</strong><br />
tassel neck. w<br />
