EPICENTRAL ® MODULES
DESIGN CENTER
Epicentral Design Center provides casino operators
with an easy-to-use graphical interface to layout
professional quality coupon templates. This software
tool allows users to create and design any number of
coupons for use with the Epicentral system and allows them to
store the templates in a coupon library within the system. Design
Center also enables the user to import logos or other existing
graphics onto the coupon and embed common barcode types.
Once created, coupons can be uploaded to Campaign Center
where they can be applied to a specific marketing promotion. By
utilizing barcodes and/or dynamic text (such as player name and
player number) obtained from the casino management system,
casino marketers are able to track which players redeem offers
and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the marketing program.
CAMPAIGN CENTER
The Epicentral Campaign Center module provides
the bonusing engine that establishes data-based rules.
These rules determine when an offer or promotion is
triggered, when those promotions will run and which
players are eligible. Campaign Center utilizes the Rules Studio,
Schedule Studio, and Promotions Studio to help casino marketers
design effective and informed promotional campaigns that deliver
specific casino-driven metrics.
SERVER CENTER
Server Center is comprised of all the modules
necessary for a casino to independently administer the
Epicentral Print System. Included in the application
is the ability to manage users and their respective
permissions; add, edit or remove printer assets; manage
notifications and alerts; view the connectivity status of each Epic
950 Printer and monitor system performance. Server Center also
provides IT Administrators with the ability to enable and disable
system activity at their discretion (coupon printing, data flow, etc.).
REDEMPTION CENTER
Epicentral Redemption Center provides casino users
with the ability to look up previously issued tickets
(via barcode scanner or search field) and redeem,
reprint or void coupons. This flexible feature allows
a Players Club desk or other casino employee to interact with
the players and the system with real-time coupon information
available.
REPORT CENTER
Epicentral Report Center provides end users with
numerous canned reports to assist in administering
the system, as well as auditing the awards issued
from Epicentral. It also provides end users with the
ability to generate reports using pre-defined filters and groupings.
Dashboard Viewer displays summary metrics and charts based on
coupon issuances within the user-defined date range.
MOBILE HOST (OPTIONAL)
One of Epicentral’s optional modules, Mobile Host puts
couponing in the hands of marketing and operational
staff. Promotional items and player comps can be sent
by casino employees to specific players. This added
feature provides another opportunity for the casino to
build player loyalty. Comping and promotional authorization limits
continue to be managed by IT and supervisory casino personnel.
MOBILE PLAYER (OPTIONAL)
Another one of Epicentral’s optional modules, Mobile
Player allows a player to stay connected with the
casino when they are off site. Based on the casino’s
marketing rules, the player is sent an electronic
notification to accept an offer. Once the offer has been accepted,
it will be printed at the player’s slot machine the next time they
insert their player card. Players then bring the coupon to the
issuing outlet for redemption.
LEADERBOARD (OPTIONAL)
An optional Epicentral module, Leaderboard is a multiview
hosting tool that gives users a sorted list of active
players on the floor. Player lists can be filtered by
Un-Carded Players, Non-Hosted Players, All Players and
Host Specific Players. Players are sorted based on play statistics.
Once a Player is selected, Leaderboard provides casino staff with
the functionality found in Mobile Host.
