CH103 Chemistry for Allied Health, or equivalent one‐term chemistry course, does not fulfill the chemistry requirement. The following series from Washington<br />

colleges can be accepted in lieu <strong>of</strong> CH104, 105, 106 or better for the purpose <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Dental</strong> <strong>Hygiene</strong> admission requirement only: CHEM& 121, CHEM& 131 with<br />

a “C” grade or higher completed within the last 7 years (during Winter 2007 or after).<br />

If you have plans to further your education and earn a bachelor’s degree in <strong>Dental</strong> <strong>Hygiene</strong>, BI231/232/233 is recommended.<br />

Students must take WR122 for 4 credits. If WR122 is taken for 3 credits, the student must to complete WR123/WR227.<br />

Applicants can earn one point for every required pre‐program or required in‐program class completed via CLEP or AP.<br />

*Depending on what courses an applicant takes, an additional class may need to be completed to meet the human relations portion <strong>of</strong> the AAS degree.<br />
