GAGES, STANDARDS, AND INSPECTION EQUIPMENT<br />
Gagemaker offers calibration and repair services for many of its products. Non-Gagemaker<br />
manufactured gages are quoted on an individual basis. Please consult the table below for<br />
basic information on our services. Any further inquiries about products serviced, general<br />
repair services, or any other question should be made to our Customer Service department.<br />
An evaluation charge of $100.00 is required to quote repairs. If repair work is to be undertaken,<br />
the evaluation charge will be credited to the fi nal balance of the completed repair work. All<br />
fi gures are in US Dollars ($).<br />

Certificate Type<br />
Standard Long Form Conformance Certificates – provided with all calibrations.<br />
Includes model number, serial number, required and actual measurements, traceability<br />
to NIST or other governing body, inspector’s signature, calibration and recalibration<br />
date. Profi le gages are issued certifi cates of compliance only.<br />
Special Long Form Certificates – includes any documentation other than that<br />
listed under the Standard Long Form Certifi cate<br />
