QUOTATIONS<br />
Quotations are valid for no more than 30 days after the date originally provided. Please refer to the<br />
Customer Service section for contact information for quotations.<br />
PICK UP/WALK-IN/COLLECTION<br />
Our products are available for pick up directly from our Pasadena facility. However, please notify us of your<br />
intentions to pick up products a minimum of 2 hours in advance of your arrival.<br />
OUT-OF-STOCK GOODS<br />
Ordered goods which are out-of-stock will be automatically back-ordered. If you do not wish to place items<br />
on back-order, please mark your order as Ex-stock or contact our Customer Service.<br />
HANDLING CHARGE<br />
Gagemaker will charge a $10 handling fee for ALL orders on products invoiced for LESS than $50. No fee<br />
will be applied to orders invoicing for over $50.<br />
RETURN POLICY<br />
Gagemaker requires a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective returns, except for MIC TRACs (either the<br />
MT-3000 or MT-4000) which will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items not listed in our catalog are not<br />
returnable. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the date of the invoice. Please return products<br />
to the address listed in our Customer Service section. Please contact Gagemaker for a Return Goods<br />
Authorization (RGA). Contact our Customer Service for any questions regarding your return.<br />
Defective products must be returned 90 days from the invoice date in order to be eligible for a full refund.<br />
Defective products are not subject to any restocking fee. For defective product information, please see our<br />
Product Warranty section.<br />
<strong>PRODUCT</strong> WARRANTY<br />
<strong>GAGEMAKER</strong> warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from<br />
the date of shipment. After 90 days, at our option, we will repair or replace any defective product upon<br />
postage prepaid return of a properly packed product to our factory in Pasadena, Texas. During the fi rst 90<br />
days, a defective product will be eligible for a full refund. This warranty applies to all products when used<br />
in a normal industrial environment. Any unauthorized tampering, misuse or neglect will make this warranty<br />
null and void. Under no circumstances will <strong>GAGEMAKER</strong> or any affi liate have any liabilities for loss or<br />
for any indirect or consequential damages. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties<br />
expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fi tness for<br />
a particular purpose.<br />
