To celebrate his 90th birthday ten years ago, Theodore ‘Ted’ Rosenberg arranged to have<br />
a fireworks display in <strong>the</strong> ballroom <strong>of</strong> San Francisco’s Palace Hotel where <strong>the</strong> party took<br />
place. For his 100th birthday in January 2009, actor <strong>and</strong> per<strong>for</strong>mer Joel Gray entertained<br />
guests who had ga<strong>the</strong>red at <strong>the</strong> Opera House <strong>for</strong> ano<strong>the</strong>r <strong>of</strong> Ted’s “once-in-a-lifetime” events.<br />
“My wife, Rose, says <strong>for</strong> my 101st birthday we’re going to McDonald’s,” laughs Ted, who,<br />
