The unique mechanical characteristics of shouldered joints offer
speed and ease of installation along with proven reliability.
Features & Benefits
• Malleable joint caters for 40mm
• Allowance for controlled pipe movement: expansion,
contraction, angular deflection – essential for varying
operating conditions and to accommodate differing
pipework levels
• A torque wrench is required for fitting. Please refer to
the fitting instructions for minimum torque ratings
• Approved to British Coal Specification 296 Part 1:
596 & MAS 320
• Ideal applications include mining, industrial, water,
shipping, petrochemical and building service industries
• Joints have end load bearing capability
