Z Specialty Food is a family owned and operated g<strong>our</strong>met foods business. Because<br />
<strong>of</strong> this, we are able to give attention to each individual product and its package.<br />
Over the years, we have become known for both <strong>our</strong> fine quality and <strong>our</strong> exquisite<br />
packaging.<br />
Ishai Zeldner, the founder, is a f<strong>our</strong>th generation food merchant. He worked in a<br />
beekeeping operation in Israel while living on Kibbutz. Upon his return he enrolled<br />
in apiculture at the University <strong>of</strong> California, Davis. Put it all together and the rest is<br />
the early history <strong>of</strong> Z Specialty Food, LLC.<br />
