T. Warner Hudson M.D., FACOEM FAAFP<br />

is Medical Director of Occupational and<br />

Employee Health for UCLA Health System and Campus,<br />

with about 50,000 employees. He has been working to<br />

improve employee population health since the 1980s,<br />

serving in leadership roles as Corporate Medical Director,<br />

VP of Medical Affairs, VEBA Trustee, Director of Health,<br />

Safety and Environment, Medical Director of Workers<br />

Compensation, Medical Director for on - site clinics and more<br />

for multinational employers and health systems including<br />

DST, Cisco Systems, and Sutter Health to mention a few<br />

prior to UCLA. He was President of ACOEM in 2011-2012,<br />

and is board certified and a fellow in both Family Medicine<br />

and Occupational Medicine. He has numerous scientific<br />

publications, was a faculty member at UC Davis for over<br />

25 years before coming to UCLA, and has worked with the<br />

University of California office of the President on a variety of<br />

initiatives across all campuses including moving all of UC to<br />

tobacco free campuses in 2014, and on a focused wellness<br />

initiative for injured workers called WorkStrong, as well as<br />

many UCLA specific initiatives and pilot programs.<br />

Antonio Iglesias, Pharm.D.<br />

Regional Medical Director<br />

Antonio J. Iglesias is a Medical Director in the<br />

field-based Health Economics & Outcomes<br />

Research Team whose mission is to help customers discover<br />

the real-world value, both human and economic, of Pfizer<br />

products by being a first in class, trusted, customer facing,<br />

medical partner who meets the real-world needs of our<br />

customer by generating, interpreting and communicating<br />

health outcomes and pharmacoeconomic information.<br />

Tony started his Pharmacy career as a Pediatrics Clinical<br />

Pharmacist at Jackson Health System in Miami and<br />

progressed to Coordinator of Academic Programs prior<br />

to joining Pfizer in November 2003. At Pfizer, he started<br />

as a member of the Primary Care Business Unit fieldbased<br />

Medical Outcomes Specialists supporting South<br />

Florida and in June 2012 he joined the IORS team covering<br />

the US Southeast. As part of the field-based medical<br />

organization, Tony has supported key Pfizer therapeutic<br />

areas collaborating with customers to develop innovative<br />

and targeted solutions to advance patient care quality. He<br />

has supported pharmacoeconomics and outcomes projects<br />

to identify knowledge gaps and help inform formulary<br />

decision-making across the product cycle. Tony has over<br />

24 years of health-related experience in various sectors<br />

including pharmaceutical industry, academia, managed care<br />

organizations, and government. He received a BS degree in<br />

Chemical Engineering and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from<br />

the University of Florida, and completed a Pharmacy Practice<br />

Residency in Pediatrics at Jackson Memorial Health System.<br />

He lives in Miami, Florida.<br />

Fikry Isaac, M.D.<br />

Johnson & Johnson<br />

Vice President of Global Health Services<br />

Dr. Isaac is Vice President of Global<br />

Health Services for Johnson & Johnson,<br />

Inc., in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, Dr. Isaac<br />

directs the development of health and wellness strategies,<br />

policies, guidelines, and services worldwide (Occupational<br />

Medicine, Employee Assistance Program and Wellness).<br />

Dr. Isaac is also the Chief Medical Officer for Johnson &<br />

Johnson’s Health & Wellness Solutions – a company offering<br />

comprehensive wellness solutions for employers, health<br />

plans, and other organizations. Dr. Isaac is a pioneer in the<br />

field of workplace health promotion and global health, and<br />

has introduced innovative approaches to improve the health<br />

and well-being of populations. He is a published author<br />

in this field and continues to research population health<br />

interventions, using rigorous scientific methods, to ensure<br />

that these interventions deliver meaningful outcomes. His<br />

broad view spans the fields of clinical medicine, behavior<br />

change technologies, and economic analyses. Dr. Isaac is an<br />

outspoken champion of prevention and health promotion and<br />

has achieved remarkable success within Johnson & Johnson—<br />

gaining senior management support and funding for health<br />

improvement initiatives for all Johnson & Johnson employees<br />

worldwide.<br />

Kimberly Jinnett, Ph.D.<br />

Integrated Benefits Institute<br />

Executive Vice President<br />

Dr. Kimberly Jinnett is Executive Vice<br />

President at the Integrated Benefits Institute.<br />

Jinnett joined IBI in June 2005 and is responsible for<br />

overseeing IBI’s research. Previously, she was a health policy<br />

researcher at RAND and at the Department of Veterans<br />

Affairs. Most recently, Dr. Jinnett served as Senior Evaluation<br />

Officer, developing and managing research investments for<br />

a major national foundation across a variety of substantive<br />

areas including leadership, organizational behavior, use<br />

of incentives and social change. She has served in senior<br />

management positions in a variety of nonprofit organizations,<br />

county and federal agencies. Jinnett received her bachelor’s<br />

degree in psychobiology and master’s degree in public health<br />

from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received<br />

her Ph.D. in sociology and health services organization and<br />

policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.<br />
