Mason the dau. of Capt. Hugh Mason. He settled in that south part of Concord which became a part of Lincoln,
and it is supposed, sold his paternal estate in Medford to his brother, Caleb Brooks. It is conjectured that he
learned his trade from Capt. Mason, and, soon after, married his daughter. He was admitted freeman May 26,
1652.
