MINI-COMPACT Test Switches
Test Jack
A pair of high conductivity bronze
springs are built into the return
circuit of a pair of current elements
of a Meter Devices test switch. The
test jack keeps the secondary
circuit of the transformer closed.
When it is desired to isolate the
current coil, Cat. #903-1116 test
plug is used. The plug also
provides a quick and easy method
of connecting indicating or graphic
meters into the circuit. A switch
blade is also included in the
assembly.
Test Ear
Allows testing from front of
switchboard by use of clips and
test plugs. Designed to positively
prevent clips coming off unless
spring tension is released.
STUD
Screw type terminal for back
connection with screw and lock
washer furnished for each stud
connection.
Solderless Type
Terminals
Will accept #14 - #10 wire. Test
clip connections are made on the
head of the screw. Used on Front
Connected switches Only.
Case and Cover
Semi-flush case is insulated for use
with steel panel switchboards and
is fastened by means of four screws
furnished with the case. The screws
are hidden by the cover end walls.
Lucite cover is held in place with
rubber friction tabs. Covers for
front connected switches are also
Lucite.
