national and international agencies, procurement
specialists as well as high-level staff responsible for
policy-making decisions and in charge of projects’
implementation. Staff of donor agencies including
multilateral organizations and the private sector
comprising contractors, suppliers and consultants.
Participants from countries that are undergoing or
planning to initiate programs to improve their
public procurement systems; participants from
countries that have recently undergone a Country
Procurement Assessment or have one scheduled in
the near future; World Bank staff.
Project directors and accounting staff of projects
funded by IFI.

funded by IFIs (World Bank, Asian Development
Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development, etc.); trainers of procurement
personnel.
Recent university graduates from developed and
developing countries and professionals from public
and private institutions and NGOs already working in
the area of development with a first university degree.
National project co-ordinators; project managers
and staff for EU/WB/IFI projects; national
development planning officials; NGO officers
involved in the execution of technical assistance
programmes and projects.
Graduates in law, business or economics and
under-graduates in their last year at University
