一 般 注 意 事 項
1. 《DIC‧PPS 的 型 號 和 特 性 》 中 所 記 載 的 信 息 〔 簡 稱 ‘ 該 信 息 ’〕 作 為 選 擇 DIC‧PPS 的 參 考 內 容 向 各 需 求 者 們 〔 用 戶 〕 提 供 。
2. 雖 然 ‘ 該 信 息 ’ 是 基 於 本 公 司 認 為 可 以 信 的 試 驗 或 者 調 查 基 礎 上 制 定 的 , 但 本 公 司 不 能 保 証 其 正 確 以 及 完 全 性 。
3. 在 參 考 ‘ 該 信 息 ’ 時 , 各 位 需 求 者 需 要 對 打 算 進 行 的 應 用 、 加 工 或 者 使 用 進 行 適 合 性 的 試 驗 。‘ 該 信 息 ’ 並 不 能 免 除 進 行 這 些 試
驗 的 必 要 性 。
4. 本 公 司 對 各 位 需 求 者 參 考 ‘ 該 信 息 ’ 或 者 對 ‘DIC‧PPS’ 的 應 用 、 加 工 、 使 用 以 及 由 此 所 產 生 的 結 果 , 概 不 負 責 。
5. 關 於 ‘ 該 信 息 ’ 的 提 供 , 各 位 需 求 者 的 具 體 應 用 、 加 工 或 者 使 用 上 , 本 公 司 不 能 保 証 沒 有 侵 犯 第 三 者 的 知 識 財 產 權 。
6. DIC‧PPS 在 CZ-1130,CZL-4033 等 的 型 號 是 填 充 強 化 了 的 代 表 特 定 炭 素 纖 維 材 料 , 如 果 要 作 出 口 及 進 口 的 話 , 必 需 要 向 日 本
政 府 或 該 地 方 國 政 府 等 的 準 許 。 而 這 是 否 需 要 申 請 及 有 關 如 何 取 得 等 , 請 客 位 用 家 自 行 負 責 。
7. ‘ 該 信 息 ’ 所 包 括 的 各 種 數 據 , 只 要 在 本 文 中 沒 有 事 先 特 別 說 明 , 都 是 利 用 在 以 下 的 標 準 成 形 條 件 下 製 作 的 試 驗 片 計 測 出 來 的 。

炮 筒 溫 度 設 定 : 320 度
射 出 填 充 時 間 : 1 秒
保 持 壓 力 : 60Mpa
模 具 溫 度 設 定 : 150 度

7. The following standard processing conditions are adopted for preparing to the test pieces unless any comments in this brochure.
Pre-drying: 130℃ / 4hrs.
Cylinder set temperature: 320 ℃
Injection rate: 1 sec.
Holding Pressure: 60 Mpa
Mould set temperature: 150℃
