A cost analysis of the funds used to implement the literacy training and coaching model employed in the <strong>ELO</strong> grant was conducted. Overall, $634,294.00 was distributed across four agencies [i.e., Pinellas County Schools Readiness Coalition (PCSRC), Inc., Coordinated <strong>Child</strong> Care of Pinellas County (CCC), Directions for Mental Health, and Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute at the University of South Florida (FMHI)]. Table 20 provides the total funds allocated to each agency. Funds were allocated for staff salaries, public awareness, travel, materials, assessment measures, tuition, printing/duplication, fringe benefits, and overhead costs. Please consult the subsequent figures 12-15 for a visual representation of the use of these funds for each agency.
