Identifies the type of unbundled port ordered from the provider.
VALID ENTRIES:
L = Line Port
T = Trunk Port

the 2 nd position of the TOS field is not “M” or “N” or the 2 nd position of the
LTOS field on the PS Form is not “M” or “N”, otherwise prohibited.
