8.) เงื่อนไขและกฏระเบียบทั่วไป (Terms and Conditions)<br />
1. จ้านวนชั่วโมงที่เติมใหม่ของท่านจะใช้ได้ใน 1 วันท้าการถัดไปหลังจากบริษัทฯได้รับเอกสารฉบับนี้พร้อมหลักฐานการช้าระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว (Renewal hours will be active one working<br />
day after we have received this form and proof of payment.)<br />
2. จ้านวนชั่วโมงของ WEB 3 ไม่สามารถแลกคืน โอนให้ผู้อื่น หรือแลกเปลี่ยนกับบริการประเภทอื่นได้ (The purchased log-in time cannot be refunded, is not transferable nor<br />
exchangeable with other types of service)<br />
3. ลูกค้าควรด้าเนินการสั่งซื้อชั่วโมงเพิ่มก่อนที่จ้านวนชั่วโมงจะหมดลงเพื่อจะได้สามารถใช้บัญชีได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง หากจ้านวนชั่วโมงหมดลงกรุณาด้าเนินการสั่ง ซื้อภำยใน 1 เดือนมิฉะนั้น<br />
บัญชีจะถูกตัดลงโดยอัตโนมัติ (A customer is suggested to proceed on account renewal before his/her credited log-in time runs out in order to keep the account usable<br />
at all time. In case that his/her credit remains zero, please proceed on account renewal within 1 month otherwise the account will be automatically terminated.)<br />
4. <strong>Web3</strong> Account มีอายุ 12 เดือนนับจากวันที่มีการสั่งซื้อหรือเติมชั่วโมงครั้งล่าสุด ดังนั้นทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิการตัดบัญชีของท่านหากอายุ<strong>Web3</strong> หมดลง (All <strong>Web3</strong> airtime will b<br />
valid within 12 months from the last purchasing date. The Company reserves the right to terminate your account in case that your <strong>Web3</strong> account was expired.)<br />
5. ส้าหรับผู้ที่เป็นสมาชิกบริการเสริม Alias Name จะไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับบริการ <strong>Web3</strong> ส้าหรับ International Roaming จะใช้ได้เมื่อท่านมีการท้า Auto Credit หรือ Auto Bank กับทาง บริษัท<br />
(For those who are already subscribers of Alias Name Service is not available for <strong>Web3</strong> subscribers. For International Roaming Service, <strong>Web3</strong> subscribers have to<br />
apply Auto Credit or Auto Debit Payment)<br />
6. หลังจากที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าได้เติมชั่วโมงให้กับลูกค้าที่สั่งซื้อชั่วโมง <strong>Web3</strong> ผ่านใบสั่งซื้อแล้วจะท้าการจัดส่งจดหมายการยืนยันการเติมชั่วโมง ให้ลูกค้าทางไปรษณีย์เพื่อให้ลูกค้าใช้เป็น<br />
หลักฐานอ้างอิงใน การติดต่อเข้ามายัง ซีเอส ล็อกซอินโฟ เมื่อมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับบัญชีของตน (After the Customer Support Department has renewed customer’s account via<br />
purchase order form, the confirmation letter will be mailed to customer to keep as a reference when contacting <strong>CS</strong> <strong>LoxInfo</strong> regarding his/her account problem.)<br />
บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิตรวจสอบข้อมูลของผู้ซื้อและ/หรือไม่อนุมัติการซื้อโดยไม่ต้องชี้แจงใดๆ ข้าพเจ้า (ผู้ซื้อ) ได้อ่านและขอรับรองความถูกต้องของข้อความในใบสั่งซื้อนี้ลงนาม<br />
