Ingredients:<br />
100ml Champagne<br />
10ml Remy Martin cognac<br />
2 dashes Angostura bitters<br />
1 sugar cube<br />
Glass: Champagne flute<br />
Garnish: Orange peel twist<br />
Preparation:<br />
Soak one sugar cube in a champagne flute with Angostura<br />
bitters. Add champagne and cognac. Garnish with orange<br />
peel.<br />
