Re: Top Resa Fair 2011
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation,
together with Tourism Industry, will be participating in Top Resa 2011, a travel fair to be held
in, Paris, France from 20 th – 23 rd September 2011.
The exhibition will takes place at the Paris Porte de Versailles Exhibition centre, 75015 Paris,
France
Those who are interested in taking part in TOP RESA 20011 are requested to fill in the attached
Co-Exhibitor Registration Form and send it to MMPRC with the payment before 1600 hours
on Thursday, 9 June 2011. Please note that all the application forms should be submitted along
with the Co-Exhibitor Registration Fee. The Registration Fee for each company is USD 500.00.
This fee includes registering 2 representatives per company. Applications received without the
payment will not be accepted. A fee of USD 200.00 should be paid for each additional
representative per company. Please ensure that each and every representative is registered under
MMPRC before attending the show.
Late Entry:
• Applications received after the deadline will be accepted and processed with a late
entry fee of additional USD 500.00 per company; the late entry deadline is 1600
hours on Sunday, 31 st July 2011.
• The registration process will be completely closed after this deadline and will not accept
any application received after this date. Please note that MMPRC strictly restricts
entering and use of Maldives stand during the show dates by non-registered
companies/representatives for the fair and non-members of MMPRC and such parties
will be asked to leave the stand immediately. In addition, MMPRC will not accept
arrangements to make any payment after the show dates.
• As we have to abide with the fair rules and regulations of the fair organizers, MMPRC
will not take the responsibility for the listing in the fair catalogue for the late
registrations.

Payment Method:
• Payments can be made in US dollars or equivalent of Maldivian Rufiyaa @
15.42MRF/1.00USD
• If paying by cheque it should be drawn in favour of “Maldives Tourism Promotion
Board”
• No separate invoice will be issued for participation fee. Should you accept the terms
and wish to participate please consider Co-exhibitor Registration Form as an invoice.
• Confirmation of participation will only be given upon receipt of full payment. Please
ensure to collect the payment receipt for the payment.
Cancellation:
• No refund will be made for cancellations after the registration is confirmed.
• All cancellation must be made in writing.
• All payments is non-refundable and non-transferable to other fairs
Furthermore, please ensure that your company had renewed your MMPRC membership for the
year 2011 before submitting the Co-exhibitor Registration Form to avoid delay in the
registration process.
