Dorothy A. oyster Advised memorial<br />

Fund<br />

Established in memory of Dorothy A.<br />

Oyster, a teacher in <strong>Marietta</strong> City<br />

Schools, to provide needy elementary<br />

school children with necessities to help<br />

them productively participate in school<br />

activities, as advised by Jerrie Berentz<br />

and Bonnie Miller.<br />

David e. & patricia B. phillips Charitable<br />

Fund<br />

Established in 2007 to support a wide<br />

range of charitable activities as advised<br />

by David & Patricia B. Phillips.<br />

Roadcap Henry memorial Fund<br />

Established in 2009 to honor the lives of<br />

William C. Roadcap, Jr. and Howard<br />

F. Henry with the primary focus to help<br />

underprivileged children pay for their<br />

expenses to play sports and in addition<br />

Greg Schilling memorial Fund<br />

Greg Schilling by supporting charitable<br />

causes in the Fort Frye and Waterford<br />

Settlers Bank <strong>Foundation</strong> Fund<br />

Established in 2005 to support a wide<br />

range of charitable activities as advised<br />

by the board of directors of Settlers Bank.<br />

timothy J. Smith <strong>Foundation</strong> for the<br />

Awareness & prevention of Suicide<br />

Established in 2007 to provide funds<br />

for families in need of guidance and<br />

counseling and other services in suiciderelated<br />

situations. Created by Tim’s aunt<br />

and uncle, Marge and David Grubb,<br />

their interest is to provide some relief in<br />

situations potentially or already involving<br />

suicide.<br />

Jim Stephens “messing About in Boats”<br />

Fund<br />

Established to honor the memory of Jim<br />

Stephens who, like Water Rat in The Wind in<br />

the Willows, believed that “there is nothing,<br />

absolutely nothing, half so much worth doing<br />

as simply messing about in boats.” The<br />

Fund will award charitable contributions<br />

benefiting boatbuilding, rowing, cycling,<br />

and other participative sports and riverrelated<br />

acivities as advised by the <strong>Marietta</strong><br />

Rowing & Cycling Club.<br />

Teri Ann’s Charitable Fund was established<br />

to support a wide variety of charitable<br />

projects in the <strong>Marietta</strong> Area.<br />
