Description : This marker consists of 10 fragments between 20 and 200 bp
in multiples of 20 bp and additional fragment at 300, 400 and 500 bp. The
100, 200 and 500 bp fragments are brighter than the other fragments and
serve as a visible reference indicator; all other fragments appear with equal
intensity on the gel. They are all double-stranded DNA fragments.
Usage:Used as a DNA molecular size marker in agarose gel electrophoresis.
This product can be radioactively labeled by the kinase phosphorylation
reaction using MEGALABEL ( Cat. # 6070 ) .
Notice:
This product is designed for the use with agarose gel.
When the marker is used for other purpose, the separation pattern may be
strange. When marker is used for denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,
duplicated bands may appear in a gel and accurate isolation cannot
be performed. When used for non-denatured polyacrylamide gel, this
product may also show duplicated bands under some condition. Avoid
using this product for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
6 × Loading Buffer (Store at RT after used.) :
36% Glycerol
30 mM EDTA
0.05% Bromophenol Blue
0.05% Xylene Cyanol
Add 1 / 5 volume of 6 × Loading Buffer with DNA solution to apply on
agarose gel electrophoresis. In case precipitates generated during the
storage at room temperature, dissolve in warm bath before use.
Application example:
20 bp DNA Ladder 2.5 μl (500 ng)
Sterilized distilled water
2.5 μl
6 × Loading Buffer 1 μl
Run agarose gel electrophoresis using ex. 3 % NuSieve®
3:1 Agarose ( Lonza ).
( Condition;6 V / cm , 2.5 hr )
Perform staining with EtBr, SYBR® Green I Nucleic Acid Gel Stain
or GelStar® Nucleic Acid Stain ( Lonza ).

● 製 品 内 容
本 製 品 は 20 bp から 200 bp までの 20 bp 間 隔 の 10 本 のフラグメント 及 び
300 、400 、500 bp の 合 計 13 本 のフラグメントより 成 る。
100 bp 、200 bp 、500 bp のバンドは 他 のバンドより 明 るい 強 度 で 観 察
される。
● 用 途
アガロースゲル 電 気 泳 動 における DNA サイズマーカー。
MEGALABEL ( 製 品 コード 6070)を 用 いたリン 酸 化 反 応 により 放 射 性 標
識 が 可 能 。
● 使 用 上 の 注 意
本 製 品 はアガロースゲル 電 気 泳 動 用 です。
他 の 用 途 に 使 用 すると 泳 動 パターンが 変 わることがありますのでご 注 意
ください。 本 製 品 は、 変 性 ポリアクリルアミドゲルで 電 気 泳 動 を 行 うと
バンドが 二 重 になり 正 確 な 分 離 ができません。 未 変 性 のポリアクリルア
ミドゲルでも 泳 動 条 件 によっては 同 様 の 傾 向 を 示 すため 使 用 には 適 しま
せん。
● 6 × Loading Buffer( 開 封 後 、 室 温 保 存 )
36% Glycerol
30 mM EDTA
0.05% Bromophenol Blue
0.05% Xylene Cyanol
DNA 溶 液 の 1/5 量 の 6 × Loading Buffer を 添 加 し、アガロースゲルにア
プライしてください。また、 室 温 での 保 存 中 に 沈 殿 が 生 じた 場 合 には、
温 浴 で 溶 解 してからお 使 いください。

3 % NuSieve® 3:1 Agarose( 製 品 コード 50091) 等 で
アガロースゲル 電 気 泳 動 を 行 う。
EtBr または SYBR® Green I Nucleic Acid Gel Stain( 製 品 コード
50512)、GelStar® Nucleic Acid Stain( 製 品 コード 50535)で 染 色
する。
