Prioritized Strategies Prioritized Strategies Indore presents challenges in terms of city administration, resource constraints and the over all attitudes of citizens. However, it has attracted donor attention over last two decades and has implemented several donor funded projects, aimed at improving the access to urban services to poor. Valuable lessons have been learnt from these projects which informs this resilience strategy. Indore is expected to continue to attract donor funds for pro-poor inclusive urban development. City ULB faces challenges of administrative, municipal financial autonomy and health, political will and lack of consensus.
