History of <strong>NCSS</strong><br />
種 苗 管 理 センターの 歴 史<br />
1986 : <strong>NCSS</strong> was established within MAFF<br />
by integration of<br />
- 13 Foundation Seed Farms(potato, sugarcane, tea)<br />
- 3 Seed Testing Laboratories( Branch offices of PVPSD)<br />
1986 年 に、13の 原 原 種 農 場 と3つの 種 苗 課 分 室 を 統 合 して、 農 林 水 産 省 内 に 設 置 された。<br />
2001 : <strong>NCSS</strong> was separated from MAFF and reorganized into<br />
an Incorporated Administrative Agency.<br />
<strong>The</strong> first Medium-Term Plan (2001-2005) started.<br />
2001 年 に 農 水 省 から 分 離 し、 独 立 行 政 法 人 として 再 編 され、 第 1 期 中 期 計 画 (2001~2005)が 開 始 された。<br />
2006 : <strong>The</strong> second Medium-Term Plan (2006-2010) started.<br />
2006 年 に、 第 2 期 中 期 計 画 (2006~2010)が 開 始 された。<br />
2011 : <strong>The</strong> third Medium-Term Plan (2011-2015) started.<br />
2011 年 に、 第 3 期 中 期 計 画 (2011~2015)が 開 始 された。<br />
