educational block by replacing a parcel of land that was used as<br />
parking lot into an educational facility.The building’s division<br />
provides a shaded amiable path the commuters can take to reach<br />
thier destination. People that take this path are given an interactive<br />
experience between the students work and community in El Paso.<br />
