located on the slope of the Frankline Mountains<br />
The unreal estate project consists of three tenants an<br />
artis,astrologer, and a contractor to be built and located on a<br />
steep terrain near transmountain. The dimensions of the plot<br />
of land are 145’ x 65’ with offsets of 5’ on each side 25’ in front<br />
and 20’ in back. Each tenant will have its own powder room<br />
, living room, master bath, master bedroom, entry, storage,<br />
hvac/mech, kitchen, dining area, and studio. It also consists<br />
of a common area. The structures purpose is to be used as a<br />
work space.<br />
