The Events Co-ordinating Group
would like to thank everyone for
their help and support at the
following recent events:
May 9 th - Ravenswood Singers
concert - £439.15 was raised.
Church Social Events
May 16 th Pie and Peas and
Quiz night -this was not a
fundraising event but a thank
you to St.Paul's for their
hospitality during St.James's renovations. A great time was had by all.
June 6 th - The 'Keep it Local' coffee morning was a new initiative for us in
line with the Northumberland Gazette's campaign. In the end seven local
traders set up stalls in the hall that morning as well as HospiceCare North
Northumberland and Save the Children. We hope that everyone enjoyed
and benefited from the occasion - the , approximately £177.00 was raised.
Forthcoming events to look out for: Summer Sizzle Sunday July19th, Organ
Recital at St.James's date not confirmed yet and End of the Pier Show in
October.
