The <strong>UAE</strong> <strong>Football</strong> <strong>Association</strong> (<strong>UAE</strong> FA), founded in 1971, was the first sports association<br />
established in the <strong>UAE</strong> since the declaration of independence on December 2, 1971. Barely a<br />
year after its inception, the federation was accepted as a member of FIFA, the governing body<br />
for football at International level.<br />
Its vision was <strong>to</strong> develop football in the country and spread the “beautiful game” <strong>to</strong> the local<br />
community. The fervent hope was <strong>to</strong> nurture a generation of football talents capable of<br />
succeeding at the regional level and then qualifying in the world’s most exciting and fascinating<br />
sports stage — the FIFA World Cup. <strong>UAE</strong> FA started out by setting solid, but realistic, objectives<br />
that garnered positive and motivational results. The FA’s first imperative step was <strong>to</strong> gain FIFA<br />
accreditation.<br />
The <strong>UAE</strong> <strong>Football</strong> <strong>Association</strong> presides in the organization of club competitions, which includes<br />
the National League, the President’s Cup and the FA Cup.<br />
<strong>UAE</strong> FA now invites interested suppliers <strong>to</strong> submit their registration information related <strong>to</strong> the<br />
following scope of services :<br />
-Office supplies and service<br />
-IT supplies and service<br />
-<strong>Football</strong> related equipments<br />
-Souvenirs<br />
-Advertisement and exhibition service<br />
-Other items and services .<br />
