FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Salary - £20,000 Per Annum, Company Car
Location - Midlands Based, Nationwide Coverage
Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities Include:
To assist with the installation of new equipment at customer locations
ensuring machines are properly commissioned.
To provide technical support to our customers. To repair and service
Blueprint products and ensure service calls are properly closed down.
To carry out hardware and software updates on equipment located in the
field. To implement and perform preventative maintenance procedures.
To provide full technical instructions and ongoing training to our
customers on all Blueprint products.
To maintain excellent relationships with our customers. To communicate
customer feedback and unresolved issues to Blueprint management.
To be responsible for the security of Company property including
products, keys, vehicles and any items entrusted from Blueprint or its
customer.
To minimise downtime and further works by ensuring customer spares
kits are complete and any faulty parts are returned for repair.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge Required Include:
City & Guilds/BTEC qualification or equivalent in an electronic engineering.
Prior gaming machine experience would be an advantage.
Excellent computer skills including experience with Windows operating
systems, Windows networking and computer peripherals.
Having a proactive approach to diagnosing faults with the ability to use
your initiative to solve problems.
Personal Attributes Required:
A track record of dealing with a variety of customers, taking a
conscientious approach that delivers excellent levels of service.

The ability to prioritise your work load as well as having the right attitude
to react positively to being asked to complete urgent tasks.
Full Driving licence is essential with no convictions.
You should be physically fit due to manual handling requirements.
Other information / requirements:
Able to work flexible hours that may include some evenings and
weekends.
