FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE<br />
Salary - £20,000 Per Annum, Company Car<br />
Location - Midlands Based, Nationwide Coverage<br />
<strong>Job</strong> Purpose / Key Responsibilities Include:<br />
To assist with the installation of new equipment at customer locations<br />
ensuring machines are properly commissioned.<br />
To provide technical support to our customers. To repair and service<br />
<strong>Blueprint</strong> products and ensure service calls are properly closed down.<br />
To carry out hardware and software updates on equipment located in the<br />
field. To implement and perform preventative maintenance procedures.<br />
To provide full technical instructions and ongoing training to our<br />
customers on all <strong>Blueprint</strong> products.<br />
To maintain excellent relationships with our customers. To communicate<br />
customer feedback and unresolved issues to <strong>Blueprint</strong> management.<br />
To be responsible for the security of Company property including<br />
products, keys, vehicles and any items entrusted from <strong>Blueprint</strong> or its<br />
customer.<br />
To minimise downtime and further works by ensuring customer spares<br />
kits are complete and any faulty parts are returned for repair.<br />
Experience / Skills / Knowledge Required Include:<br />
City & Guilds/BTEC qualification or equivalent in an electronic engineering.<br />
Prior gaming machine experience would be an advantage.<br />
Excellent computer skills including experience with Windows operating<br />
systems, Windows networking and computer peripherals.<br />
Having a proactive approach to diagnosing faults with the ability to use<br />
your initiative to solve problems.<br />
Personal Attributes Required:<br />
A track record of dealing with a variety of customers, taking a<br />
conscientious approach that delivers excellent levels of service.
The ability to prioritise your work load as well as having the right attitude<br />
to react positively to being asked to complete urgent tasks.<br />
Full Driving licence is essential with no convictions.<br />
You should be physically fit due to manual handling requirements.<br />
Other information / requirements:<br />
Able to work flexible hours that may include some evenings and<br />
weekends.<br />
