Fundamental Aquatic Skills<br />
Students continue to learn the fundamental skills <strong>of</strong> swimming.<br />
Students at this level must be able to enter and exit the water safely<br />
and unassisted. Must also be able to float on front, roll to back and<br />
float on back without assistance.<br />

Stroke Development<br />
This class builds on the skills in Level 2 through additional guided<br />
practice in deeper water. Students must be able to swim using arm<br />
and leg actions on the front and back without support. Swimmers will<br />
learn rhythmic breathing and treading water. The butterfly stroke will be<br />
introduced at this level, as well.<br />
