Fund Balance.<br />

J. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the Independent Auditor’s<br />

Report for the year ended June 30, 2011.<br />

A. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the statement for<br />

professional services rendered on non-retainer matters in the amount of $22,362.89<br />

for the period ending September 31, 2011 submitted by Lamb & Barnosky, LLP.<br />

B. The administration recommends that the Board of Education approve the lease agreement<br />

between <strong>Commack</strong> <strong>Union</strong> <strong>Free</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>District</strong> and <strong>Commack</strong> youth League for the rental<br />

of the area on Mandracchia-Sawmill Intermediate <strong>School</strong> Grounds for the period of<br />

September 1, 2011 through September 1, 2020 and authorize the President of the Board<br />

to sign same.<br />

A. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the Internal Claims<br />

Auditor’s Monthly Update (see attached).<br />

B. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the CSE/CPSE<br />

recommendations approved on the following dates: May 2, 4, 9, 11, 18, 23, 25; June 1,<br />

6, 7, 8, 15, 20, 2011; August 11; and September 14, 2011.<br />

C. The Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the Treasurer’s<br />

Reports and CD Rates.<br />

D. The Board of Education is requested to adopt the following resolution:<br />

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the <strong>Commack</strong> <strong>Union</strong> <strong>Free</strong> <strong>School</strong><br />

<strong>District</strong> shall hold a special meeting on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 8:00<br />

p.m. at Hubbs Administration Center for the purpose of adjourning immediately<br />

into Executive Session; and on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at<br />

Hubbs Administration Center, Clay Pitts Road, E. Northport, NY for the purpose<br />

of immediately adjourning into Executive Session; at 8:00 p.m. the Board shall<br />

reconvene in public session for the purpose of holding its Regular Public<br />

Meeting.<br />
