Invitation for Bids Supply of Construction Materials - MiDA Ghana

• The requirement is separated into 12 Lots and Bidders are permitted to bid
for all or any of the Lots. Bids must be for complete Lots except in respect of
Lots 1- 6 where Bidders may offer for both or either of sub Lots A or B. The
award of multiple Lots may be limited by MiDA and the criteria relating to
the allocation of multiple Lots will be at MiDA’s discretion.
4. This ICB is open to all eligible entities or persons (“Bidders”) who wish to respond.
Bidders may only associate with each other in the form of a joint venture or under a subcontractual
agreement to complement their respective areas of supply to enhance their
capacity to carry out the supply of goods and provision of required services and so long as
any association is formed or sub-contract is entered into in accordance with the bidding
document associated with this ICB.
5. The goods and the contract expected to be awarded, are divided into the following Lots:
Lot 1 (A & B) : Doors (Southern)
Lot 2 (A & B) : Doors (Northern)
Lot 3 (A & B): Doors (Afram Basin)
Lot 4 (A & B) : Windows (Southern)
Lot 5 (A & B): Windows (Northern)
Lot 6 (A & B) : Windows (Afram Basin)
Lot 7 : Roofing Materials (Southern)
Lot 8: Roofing Materials (Northern)
Lot 9: Roofing Materials (Afram Basin)
Lot 10: Eaves Guttering & Storage Tanks (Southern)
Lot 11: Eaves Guttering & Storage Tanks (Northern)
Lot 12: Eaves Guttering & Storage Tanks (Afram Basin)
6. A supplier will be selected under the a competitive bidding method, the evaluation
procedure for which is described in sections of the bidding document associated with this
ICB in accordance with the “MCC Program Procurement Guidelines” which are provided
on the MCC website www.mcc.gov.
