3. Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority Resolution – continued:
4. This agreement and the performance thereof shall be governed, interpreted,
construed and regulated by laws of the State of New Jersey.
5. This agreement sets forth all the promises, agreements, conditions and
understandings between the parties relative to the subject matter hereof, and
there are no promises, agreements, conditions or understandings, either
written or oral, expressed or implied, between them other than as herein set
forth. Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, no subsequent
alterations, amendments, changes or additions to this Agreement shall be
binding upon any of the parties unless reduced to writing and signed by all
parties.
6. The covenants, conditions and agreements contained in this Agreement
shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and
assigns.
7. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties as to
the subject matter hereof and no amendment shall be binding on either party
unless it is approved by the respective governing bodies and signed on
behalf of such party by an authorized official thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals or
caused these presents to be signed by their proper corporate officers and their proper
corporate seal to be hereto affixed.
4. The Board of Education approves the transportation routes and salaries for 2006-2007
school year as on file in the Transportation Office.
FACILITIES:
1. The Board of Education approves the use of facilities for groups as filed.
2. The Board of Education approves the temporary facilities and Change of Use Application
for the 2006-2007 school year for various schools in the district.
