7 GPE-Program
7.1 Basics
The GPE-program is structured in five module groups, each consisting of at least two
modules as to be seen it in the table below. For each module a student can get credits. In a
total you need 90 credit points. You should not take more courses than 90 credit points.

You have to choose courses with a total of 90 credits ("LP") out of the modules in the first
three semesters, do an internship of 9 weeks (12 LP) during the semester break or in the
fourth semester and write a master thesis (18 LP) in the fourth semester.
You have to complete at least 12 LP out of the module groups A, B, C, and D, and at least 6
LP out of group E (total: 54 LP). You can decide on your own which module out of the group
you want to complete. 36 LP have to be chosen out of all the other modules (e.g. to choose
more than one module out of "Production") to gain 90 LP total. Please consider that you
should not take more courses than 90 credit points for which you have paid with your fees.
