has returned with another actionpacked
blockbuster, The Last Supper
(2012), set this time in ancient,
war-torn feudal China. Admired by
many for his courage and handsome
looks, but beset by many foes, young
Liu is given the responsibility of
leading 5000 soldiers by the army’s
most powerful commander, Yu.
Despite this large measure of trust,
Liu breaks his promise to Yu and
takes the city of Qin, ransacking it
and taking all the spoils for his own.
The dynasty falls nonetheless and Yu
still has his chance at ruling. Despite

mistrusting Liu because of this
betrayal, Yu still protects him as his
advisers plot his downfall. An awful
mood of treachery overtakes Liu and
Yu, with another named Xin soon
joining the fray amidst the power
struggle, complicating the situation
further. Liu decides that the only way
to settle the feud and maintain the
royal position he so long dreamed
of attaining is to wage war against
his once beloved Yu, and sets out
to defeat him on the field of battle.
