This year we are proud to announce the launch of our new Journal<br />
of Insects as Food and Feed, which will cover the subject of edible<br />
insects from harvesting in the wild through to industrial scale<br />
production. Unique in its kind, this journal responds to a growing<br />
demand for using insects as a viable alternative protein source. It takes<br />
a multidisciplinary approach to address topics such as production,<br />
safety, marketing issues, consumer acceptance, regulation and<br />
legislation.<br />
In addition, we are pleased to introduce our platform for academic<br />
and research libraries. We offer the following e-book collections:<br />
• <strong>2015</strong> collection: front file with all forthcoming <strong>2015</strong> titles;<br />
• 2014 collection: all published 2014 titles;<br />
• 2002-2013 e-book package: back file.<br />
Our platform offers extensive features and functionality against<br />
attractive conditions, such as no DRM, multiple users, perpetual<br />
access, one-off purchase without maintenance fees and long term<br />
preservation.<br />
