We were also honoured with the presence of Miss Mary Longsdon MBE, the FPS<br />
chairman. She must have noticed quite a few developments since her previous<br />
visit to one of our first shows.<br />
<strong>The</strong> afternoon ridden classes were also well filled, and included a traditional<br />
walk and trot class and child handler class.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Supreme Champion was Sunnybrowe Jack, a well-deserved win for this<br />
superb stallion who showed none of his 20 years. Reserve Supreme was Lorna<br />
Brooks’ Shirdleyhill Tara.<br />
<strong>The</strong> <strong>Fell</strong> judge was Jane Paterson and our thanks go to her for all her hard work.<br />
<strong>The</strong> <strong>Fell</strong> ponies were also represented on other parts of the showground in the<br />
novice working hunter pony and the open working hunter pony classes.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Midlands East Support Group would like to thank everyone who helped in<br />
organising, running and sponsoring this show. We all had an excellent day and are<br />
looking forward to seeing you all again next year.<br />
