Entries will only be accepted from members of the Oshwal Association of the UK. Proof of membership will be required.
Each competitor must send in separate entry forms. In a doubles event, a pair will not be entered unless entry forms and fees are received from each player
Any entries received without OAUK membership number (parents membership number if under 16) on the entry form will be classified as being void
Events will be organised only if sufficient entries are received. Tournament organisers will determine format of play per event depending on the number of entries received for that
category (round robin / knock-out). Detailed rules will be shared with all participants on the day of the tournament
Participants must be at the venue at 10.30am prompt, for registration. Play will commence thereafter.
Participants who arrive after play has begun will be immediately disqualified. Competitors must register with the organisers upon arrival and must not leave the premises without
notifying the organisers.
No Alcohol is to be allowed on the premises by any participants or spectators at any time during the tournament
● If any participant is found to have consumed any alcohol he/she will be disqualified immediately from taking any further part in this or future events
● If a player or pair is sent off he/she/they will not be allowed to take any further part in the event
● If a player or a pair is sent off for actual disciplinary measures (e.g. un-sportsmanlike behaviour) then the player or pair will be disqualified immediately from taking part in the
tournament
If spectators are misbehaving then:
i) The spectators will be removed from the arena;
ii) If more than a few spectators are involved, then the organising committee will take appropriate action

Non-marking indoor rubber sole shoes must be worn in all playing areas. Failure to do so will result in individuals being removed from the playing area and/or disqualification
Players MUST bring their own rackets/bats. Match squash balls, table-tennis balls and shuttlecocks will be provided

Competitors will receive an email confirmation for their entry. If no such notification has been received 3 days prior to the event it is the responsibility of the competitor to enquire
from the organisers (see front of the entry form)

Competitors should bring their own pack lunch.
RULES FOR YOUR CHOICE OF SPORT (FOR LOGISTICAL REASONS, ON THE TOURNAMENT DAY YOU CAN PARTICIPATE ONLY IN ONE SPORT,
BUT PLAY IN A MAXIMUM OF THREE EVENTS)
A BADMINTON
1. The tournament will be run in accordance with the rules of the Badminton Association of England
2. If the response is large, then the first few rounds will be of only 1 game of 21 points, instead of best of three.
3. First player/pair to reach 21 points will be the winner of the game (setting will be allowed in the case of 20-20)
4. Yonex Mavis plastic shuttlecocks will be supplied. Feather shuttlecocks will be available for the U21,

B TABLE-TENNIS
1. Each match will be played upto 11 points on a ‘Best of Three or Five games’ basis, at the discretion of the
Organisers on the day.
2. All other rules are as laid down by the English Table Tennis Association.
3. Full coloured T-Shirts must be worn (excluding white). Failure to do so may result in disqualification from your event
C SQUASH
1. Squash England rules will apply
2. Matches will the best of 3 or 5 games, at the discretion of the competition organisers. Rally point scoring will be
used in each game to 11 (PAR 11).
3. If the score in a game is tied at 10-10, a player must win by 2 clear points.
4. The winner of the preceding game in each match will start the serve for the next game.
