wh y cos t s h ou ld n ot be im pos ed on th em for th eir a bs en ce in toda y s
h ea rin g, retu rn a ble with in a week s tim e. Hea rin g of it be clu bbed
with the main case.
(b) The MA is dismissed for non-prosecution.
