uid residue from the manual<br />
or automatic washing of<br />
dishes and cooking utinsils<br />
which have been pre-cleaned<br />
to the extent that any food<br />
particles adhering to them<br />
would normally interfere<br />
with the operation of auto<br />
matic dishwashers.<br />
