From the beginning of time down to the present generation, it is true
that engineers arc the men who build. To their credit is given the construction
of highways, communication systems, millions of buildings and bridges.
The University's College of Engineering turns out competently trained
engineers needed to fill an ever increasing demand for men of this profession.
Training with the newest equipment in modern buildings, the College offers
courses in the specialized fields of Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering,
Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical
Engineering.
Led by Dean Janssen and his excellent staff, this medium sized college
has proven itself outstanding in competition with other schools of Engineering.
Much long, hard work goes into the preparation of a student for an
engineering occupation. Idaho sends its men into the profession with the
best possible educational program training.
