Ten<br />
Su1 M< MAIION-IIere is the senior who<br />
always managed to find time for just one more<br />
activity. She never failed to excel in her role<br />
as a campus leader. "Sue Mac" wound up an<br />
active four years on the <strong>Idaho</strong> campus by serving<br />
as As•ociated Women Students president her senior<br />
year, in addition to being a member <strong>of</strong> the Mortar<br />
Board and reigning as May Queen at the annual<br />
May Fete. She also served as house president <strong>of</strong><br />
her living group, Gamnn Phi lkta sorority. An<br />
excellent activity record is not Sue's only achievement.<br />
She lenes the uni,•ersity with an almost<br />
perfect scholarship record. As a freshman she was<br />
tapped for Alpha lambd:1 Delta, and she became<br />
a member <strong>of</strong> Phi lkta Kappa her junior year. Sue<br />
was Spur president as a sophomore and then<br />
served the following year as junior advisor. She<br />
has been a member <strong>of</strong> Helldivers and has acted<br />
as an ex-<strong>of</strong>ficio member <strong>of</strong> Executive Board. This<br />
pixie-like English major is aho well-known for<br />
her participation in dramatics.<br />
DALE CARLISLE-Dale must certainly be rcremembered<br />
as one <strong>of</strong> the peppiest and most enthusiastic<br />
studentS ever tO grace the <strong>Idaho</strong> campus.<br />
Needless to say, he has been on outstanding student<br />
throughout his four years. Sporucasting for<br />
KUOI, encour:tging school spirit while Yell King,<br />
being active in dramatics, ore only .1 few <strong>of</strong> his<br />
many activities. Dale Ius been interested in<br />
campus politics, being a candidate for ASUI and<br />
Class President and also in serving os president <strong>of</strong><br />
United Party Caucus. The Blood Drive, N.S.A.,<br />
Athletic Board, and Homecoming Committee have<br />
all played a part in his busy college career. An<br />
accounting major, Dale is a member <strong>of</strong> Phi Gamma<br />
Delta fraternity. His swimming ability has been<br />
a credit to the <strong>University</strong>. Honors which have<br />
been presented to Dale include Silver Lance, president<br />
<strong>of</strong> Blue Key, Arnold Air Society, Campus<br />
Citizen <strong>of</strong> the Week, and Convair Cadet Award.<br />
DICK WEEKs-As the capable ASUI president.<br />
Dick has earned his position among the Top Ten<br />
Seniors through hard work, co-operation with<br />
fellow students, and sincere intcrest in the people<br />
he represents. Pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> his outstanding leadership<br />
qualities is his impressive record <strong>of</strong> acti,•ities and<br />
honor-aries. Dick served as class president in both<br />
his sophomore and junior years, and also as president<br />
<strong>of</strong> his living group, Delta Tau Delta fraternity.<br />
He has worked diligently as a member<br />
<strong>of</strong> the Blood Drive and Student Recruitment<br />
committees, and the Student Activity Council.<br />
Dick was Duke <strong>of</strong> the Intercollegiate Knights and<br />
was selected Knight <strong>of</strong> Knights. Honoruies <strong>of</strong><br />
which he is a member include Blue Key and Phi<br />
Gamma Mu, social science honorary. Last spring<br />
Silver Lance claimed him for membership. As 3<br />
nudent <strong>of</strong> the law school. Dick hos been selected<br />
to Bench and Bar ond Phi Alpha Delta, law<br />
honorary. The Spokesman Revir1v, Spokone,<br />
Washington, chose him 3S a campus citizen <strong>of</strong> the<br />
week.<br />
