It was a bit too long for the younger children. I think a solution would be to not have a detaied intro for each group. Maybe you should make it on a smaller
scale????

We did not attend because it was too late for our young daughter, but will in the future.
Again, a CVES community builder.....it's good to have events that celebrate our families....at home and at school.

Love this! Great way to encourage literacy. Don't know how many parents it attracted??? I went and got a ton of great quality books at a great price......including
French ones. My kids also love this.
Just missed the deadline this year.

i sent books in and my child bought books - i do save books for this event
I think this fundraiser should go back to Friday and Saturday morning at least. I wasn't able to attend Friday but went on Saturday with another person only to find
it was only Friday.

I did not attend myself, but my kids purchased books. I wonder about families that do not have the financial means when the children are being asked to bring
money on a regular bases - used book sale, scholastic book sale, jump rope for heart, money for japan relief, for free the children activities, for the canteen on
sports days, etc....
To increase the sales outside of the kids, I wonder about doing this in coordination with another event - ie parent-teacher night, fun night, etc.

Just received the flyer for this years and appreciate the wider range of food being offered this year in the canteen. Good healthier choices too. The kids seem to
love this, although I find the tickets and the lining up at the end for cheap prizes a bit of a pain. Really love the gift basket idea....glad it's being repeated.

this is my son's first year so I have not participated in the past but may this year
Love it.
It is becoming hard to encourage older students to be involved.....most of the games are geared to the younger kids.
