Celebrating the 400 th anniversary <strong>of</strong> the appearance<br />

<strong>of</strong> the image <strong>of</strong> the patroness <strong>of</strong> Cuba and the 50 th<br />

The <strong>Archdiocese</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Miami</strong> is currently accepting<br />

pre-proposals for grants from the Jessie Ball DuPont<br />

Fund for the years 2011-2012.<br />

To be seriously considered, applications must be<br />

either from groups owned by or forming part <strong>of</strong> the<br />

<strong>Archdiocese</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Miami</strong> (e.g., as Catholic Charities,<br />

parishes, schools), or financially supported by the<br />

<strong>Archdiocese</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Miami</strong> and with a representative <strong>of</strong><br />

the Archbishop on its governing board. Funding<br />

may be requested for up to $150,000 over a threeyear<br />

period. Proposals should reflect this time line<br />

and funding level.<br />
