Demo Coordinator Report
Greetings from your Outgoing Demo
Coordinator,
That’s right folks; it’s not a type-o! I will be
finally and officially stepping down as your
Demo Coordinator in September at Summer’s
End event and handing over the reins to
our very own deputy Chatelaine Lady
Brigette de Sainte Mere-Eglise.
Mind you, this in no way let’s anyone off the
hook with me yet in regards to the final two
demos of 2010. I will be working with both
Lady Brigette and Lady Maeve to finalize lining
up participants and layout details for the
upcoming Amherst Museum Scottish Fest on
August 21 st the weekend after Pennsic and the
annual Scareassic Park Penn Dixie demo in
Hamburg on October 2 nd .
Although I will be away at sea for a little
R&R during the time of the Scottish demo in
August, I will be at Penn Dixie in October to
hoist the colors in the Pirate’s Tavern.
Both of these demos are coffer enhancers for
our group so I hope all will stand with our sisters
in society and share their love & knowledge
of what we do with the crowds at both.
Many hands and hearts will be needed to help
make the August demo run smoothly for the
new team, so don’t hesitate to step up and offer
your services where needed whether it be in
demonstrating your prowess in any of the
Martial Arts fields, showing off your skills at
the gentler Arts & Sciences portion of the
demo or volunteering for set-up and break
down.

We in the Hael have been known for our generous
and hard working natures and I would like
to thank all in advance for their never ending
strength of will and giving hearts who will
make this a perfectly wonderful demo season
once again.
