The OrthoTrauma Clinic has investigated safety and effectiveness of
repetitive low-energy shock wave treatment without local anaesthesia for patients
with chronic plantar fasciopathy (plantar heel pain).
ESWT with the Swiss DolorClast ® device was effective in about 60%
