Five Seasons Sports Club would like to help make your child’s next birthday the most memorable
one yet. We’ll take care of all the details so that you can enjoy your child’s birthday without the
stress. We have plenty of parties to choose from. All you have to do is pick a theme and the rest
is up to us. Come spend this special day with your friends and family here at Five Seasons.
Party Packages Include:
‐ Up to 15 children, including the birthday child
‐ 90 minutes of birthday fun
‐ Choice of one party theme from below
- Party set‐up, clean‐up, continuous help from party leader
- Party supplies: themed cups, plates, utensils, napkins, table cloth and balloons
- Personalized welcome sign
- Private party room for cake and presents
- Drinks for the kids
- Cost: $150 for 90 minutes Additional time: $50/half hour
Party Theme Options:
Indoor Pool Party
Make your party a splash! Kids get to use our year‐round indoor pool. Organized pool games
make sure that this party will be a blast (ages 8 and up only)!
Old Fashioned Birthday Party
Have a great day with the most classic birthday games. Relays, games, Pin the Tail on the
Donkey, and musical chairs are sure to get everyone excited!
Extreme Sports Party
Pick your favorite sport or play a variety. Basketball, soccer, dodge ball, track, tennis or kick ball
are sure to make this one busy and active birthday!
Craft Party
Explore your artsy side with our craft party! Each child will have a chance to use their
imagination and go home with a masterpiece that they created. This hands‐on party is sure to
get everyone involved!
Tennis Party
Enjoy some time on the court with one of our pros. Whether it’s your first time out or you’re a
regular, you and your friends are guaranteed to have a great afternoon!
Movie Party
Let us play your child’s favorite movie on our big inflatable movie screen. Guests will enjoy a
great feature film and popcorn followed by presents and cake if wanted.

Pizza
Always a birthday staple! Wouldn’t be complete without it!
$14 per cheese pizza $1 per extra topping
Personalized sheet cake
Let us do all the work. We’ll order, pay and pick it up and have it set up the day of the party.
Quarter sheet: $18 Half Sheet: $30 Full Sheet: $45
Themed Decorations
Does your child have a favorite Disney character or sport? Let us personalize their party with
themed decorations to make this the most memorable birthday possible.
Basic theme decorations: $30 Ultimate birthday decorations: $80
Goodies Bags
Don’t want to let your guests go home empty handed? We can put together gift bags for each
child so they’ll be talking about the party long after it’s ended. $5 per bag
Extra Assistant
If you have extra kids or just a crazy bunch, this might be an option for you.
$15 per hour *required if over 20 guests
Snacks
Let us put together some healthy snacks the kids can enjoy while they are burning off all that
energy. Some options include cheese and crackers, pretzels or a fruit and veggie tray.
$10 unlimited chips and pretzels $45 cheese & cracker or fruit & veggie up to 15 people.
Invitations
Make this the easiest birthday ever. Provide a list of guests with addresses and other important
party information and we’ll supply, complete and mail out all the invitations for you.
$30 for up to 15 invitations
Bounce Around rental
Let your child and their friends bounce off some energy in a huge inflatable bounce around!
We’ll set it up in the gym and run it for the duration of the party. $ Call for quote
Extra kids‐ $5 per child
Extra guests are not a problem for us, the more the merrier!
