Camp <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong><br />

Camp <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong> is back for another year of fun, friends and<br />

organized activities for your youngsters ages 3-12! We will continue<br />

to offer outstanding programs with experienced counselors in a<br />

comfortable and fun environment.<br />

Camp <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong> will be offered for 11 weeks, starting the week<br />

of June 7th and running through the week of August 16th, Monday<br />

through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.<br />

Camp <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong> will be built around the success of our previous years with an emphasis on<br />

“core” activities including tennis, swimming and fitness utilizing the 125,000 square foot facility<br />

on 22 acres of wooded property. Full day campers will participate in a “field trip” (on-site) or<br />

special event each week that is included in the price of the camp.<br />

For our younger campers who aren’t quite ready for a full day of camp or those that are involved<br />

in other activities, we are offering two half day options. There is a morning half day option<br />

and an afternoon half day option. The afternoon session will have a more intensive tennis<br />

opportunity.<br />

Activity groups are led by qualified instructors that will not only motivate but also serve as<br />

mentors for your children for the summer. Campers will be put into categories by age for<br />

the week.<br />

Registration is required with limited space available. Registration forms must be turned<br />

in one week prior to the week your child is attending to guarantee your camper a spot in<br />

camp. You will be contacted within 48 hours to verify your spot in camp. All registration<br />

forms for the first week of camp must be turned in prior to June 4. (Form on back of this<br />

brochure.)<br />

Pricing<br />

Any camper who attends the first ten weeks of camp will receive the 11th week<br />

FREE! This does not apply to before or after camp.<br />

Member Pricing<br />

Full Day (9 am – 5 pm) $185 / week Full camp experience<br />

Half Day Morning (9 am – 1 pm) $100 / week Ideal for 3-6 year olds<br />

Half Day Afternoon (1 pm – 5 pm) $140 / week Tennis focused ½ day camp<br />

Before Camp Care (8 am- 9 am) $25/ week<br />

After Camp Care (5 pm- 6 pm) $25/ week<br />

• We offer discounts for kids participating in other<br />

<strong>Five</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong> activities such as junior tennis or swim<br />

team. Check with Cara Roettgers or Shawn Barone for<br />

pricing on combined activities.<br />

• We offer sibling discounts on Full and Half Day Camps.<br />

Each sibling after the first will receive $15 off the list<br />

price.<br />

• We do not offer “single day” or prorated pricing.<br />

Pricing includes camp, field trips and one t-shirt per<br />

camper, per summer. Lunch is included for Full Day<br />

and Half Day Morning Camps<br />

Registration<br />

Registration forms may be turned into the Member Service Desk or at the Kid’s <strong>Club</strong>. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for<br />

each camper. This fee will be applied to the first week of camp that your child attends.<br />

Payment<br />

Full payment for the week of camp is due on Monday morning of the week your child is attending. Members can have fees billed to<br />

their member accounts.


Frequently Asked Questions<br />

How do I sign up?<br />

Completed forms are accepted at the Member Service Desk, in the Kid’s <strong>Club</strong><br />

or by mail. Registration forms must be turned in one week prior to the week of<br />

camp your child is attending.<br />

What does an average day entail?<br />

The camp day will include various sport options including tennis, swimming<br />

and many other recreational physical activities. The daily activities will also<br />

consist of crafts, games, themed weekly projects, on-site “field trips” like the zoo<br />

coming to the club for a visit, and lots of fun with friends.<br />

Is lunch included?<br />

Lunch is included for Full Day and Half Day Morning campers. Full Day and Half<br />

Day Afternoon campers will also have a snack in the afternoon. Full menus will<br />

be included in the parent packets before camp begins. If a camper decides to<br />

bring his lunch, please make sure that it is disposable.<br />

What should my child wear?<br />

Each child should wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothes in order to<br />

participate in activities. They will need to pack a swimsuit, towel and sunscreen<br />

for swim time. Your camper will receive a Camp <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong> t-shirt during the<br />

first week they participate in camp.<br />

What should my children bring/pack?<br />

We recommend that each camper have a backpack with a swimsuit, towel,<br />

tennis racquet, spray sunscreen, and flip flops. We also recommend that parents<br />

label their child’s belongings with a permanent marker to help eliminate<br />

campers losing items.<br />

Are there field trips this year?<br />

YES! <strong>Five</strong> <strong>Seasons</strong> offers on-site field trips where we bring in an exciting show or<br />

special event for the campers’ enjoyment. All of these events are included in the<br />

price of camp!<br />

What is the ratio of campers to counselors?<br />

Camper safety is our top priority; therefore we maintain a ratio well below the<br />

Department of Human Services requirements. Our ratios vary based upon the<br />

age of the children and activities in camp that week.<br />

What should I do if my camper is going to be absent?<br />

Call 513-469-1400 and ask for the Camp Director. Leave a message and let us<br />

know your camper’s name and the date(s) they will be absent.<br />

Is there a cancellation fee?<br />

There is a $50 cancellation fee for anyone who cancels after Thursday at 5 pm<br />

of the previous week they are supposed to attend. This fee also applies to<br />

registered campers who do not show.<br />

Is there a registration fee?<br />

There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for all campers. This fee will be<br />

applied to the first week of camp your child attends.
